Flawless CZ will happily replace any item that is faulty from a manufacturers defect within one year of purchase.
The Issue
Let us know what your issue is in as much detail as possible. Photos of proof of purchase and the item will be required.
Mail In
If the item needs to be sent in for inspection, it must be packaged and shipped back at owners expense. You will be quickly informed of the claim outcome.
Warranty Returns
Please remember that the Limited Guarantee does not cover theft, disappearance, loss, damage caused by accidents, deliberate harm, exposure to corrosive chemicals, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Photos of fault(s) will be requested.
